We can accommodate changes only before your order has been shipped.
To cancel an order, visit Orders in your account and select Cancel. Please note that cancellations are no longer possible once an order has been picked and packed.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–8 business days, depending on your location.

Do you ship internationally?
At present, we ship exclusively within India.
How can I return or exchange a product?

How will I receive my refund, and how long will it take?
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
